When are my points credited to my account?

Your points are credited to your Le Club AccorHotels account within a maximum of seven days for a hotel stay and six weeks for partners. After that, if your Le Club AccorHotels points have not been credited:

  1. 1 Go to "Your Support space" on AccorHotels.com
  2. 2 Click at the top right on "Log in" and enter your email address or your Le Club AccorHotels card number and your password to log in
  3. 3 Go back to the middle of the webpage to fill in the online contact webform, once you're logged in
  4. 4 Select the topic for your request: "Le Club AccorHotels"
  5. 5 Select the reason: "Report missing points after a stay" or "Report missing partner points" to send us your request
