I have just joined, when do I receive my Le Club AccorHotels loyalty card ?

As soon as you join, your Le Club AccorHotels card is available online on the AccorHotels app.

To view your card, we invite you to:

  1. 1

    Download the AccorHotels.com application on your mobile or tablet:

  2. 2 Enter your email address or your Le Club AccorHotels card number and your password to access your account
  3. 3 Click on "My Card"


If, however, you wish to receive your card by post, you can request so from your account.
Please be sure to have made at least one stay that earns points beforehand and to have entered your postal address:

  1. 1 Access your "Account" on AccorHotels.com
  2. 2 Enter your email address or your Le Club AccorHotels card number and your password
  3. 3 Your card number is displayed on your homepage
  4. 4 Request your card by clicking on "Receive my card by post": the button is available if you fulfil all the conditions mentioned above.


You will receive your card within 3 to 4 weeks.
You can also print your provisional card by clicking on "Print my card".
