How do I use my Rewards points whilst at the hotel to pay for my stay?

You can now pay less on checking out by opting to use your Rewards points during your stay. This service is available on presentation of your Le Club AccorHotels membership card in all hotels that have enrolled in the loyalty programme.

It really couldn't be easier - simply go to hotel Reception during your stay and tell them how many Rewards points you wish to use. The Receptionist will authorize your transaction and the Rewards points will be automatically debited from your account.

Each time you use your Rewards points at the hotel, you will automatically receive an email confirming they have been used during your stay.
If you use 4,000 Rewards points or more, the transaction will be protected by a 4-digit code that will be sent to you by SMS and/or email. You must show this code to the Receptionist in order to finalize the transaction.

We are keen for you to make the most of your Rewards points and to ensure every transaction goes as smoothly as possible, so we would encourage you to:

  • Ensure that the personal details linked to your account are up to date;
  • Ensure that you have added a valid mobile phone number to the "Mobile phone" field in your account;
  • Ensure you can access your email account and text messages when executing the transaction, be that overseas or when you are away on business trips or holidays.
    • You can update your details quickly and easily by downloading the AccorHotels App.

      Please note that once the transaction has been authorized by the hotel, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

      This service is governed by the following terms and conditions:

      • The Member has sole responsibility for deciding when to use his Rewards points and how many points to use,
      • The first name and surname used for the booking must match those of the cardholder, and the cardholder must be staying at the hotel,
      • Rewards points cannot be used to pay for a third party's stay,
      • The stay must be completed at an AccorHotels participating hotel, and must conform with the programme's general terms and conditions,
      • The scale used when converting points is 2,000 Rewards points = €40,
      • Rewards points can only be used in multiples of 2,000 points,
      • The stay must be booked at an eligible rate.

      NB: Your Rewards points cannot be used in our independent partner hotels.
