How do I update my personal details in my account ?

To update your personal details, please proceed as follows:

  1. 1 Access your account by clicking on "Log in"
  2. 2 Enter your e-mail address or your Le Club AccorHotels card number along with your password
  3. 3 Click on the "My profile" section
  4. 4 Go to "Personal details"
  5. 5 Make the necessary changes and then click on "Save changes"

Note: For security reasons, you will not be able to make changes to your first name, last name or title. If your situation has changed, please contact service clients.
