How can I be sure my reservation has been confirmed ?

  • If you have not received a confirmation email or reservation number, please contact the hotel to make sure your reservation has been confirmed
  • If you have a reservation number made up of eight letters, go to the "Manage my bookings", section and enter your reservation number, surname and date of arrival to access your reservation.
