I have not received my invoice

If you would like a copy of the invoice for a payment made to one of our hotels in relation to a stay, please contact the hotel concerned directly. Its contact details are available on the description page of the hotel. To simplify the process, all you need to provide is your reservation number and the dates of your stay.
